dine out no kid hungry

Did you know that 1 in 5 children are hungry in America. That’s right, not in a foreign county — America!

From coast to coast there are millions of children who have no idea where their next meal is going to come from. This is an astounding number and it’s not going to change without awareness and funds.

Romano’s Macaroni Grill is participating in the program and in honor of them, I am sharing on of my FAVORITE recipes!

When we {meaning Chef Bob, my husband} makes Roasted Pepper Bruschetta,  we try to get creative and add different items to go with it — it’s absolutely YUMMY! You can take leftover tenderloin, shaved Parm, balsamic reduction and more to make each bite taste different.
